Certainly the sector is cheap, and there is long term potential. That being said, it has been a very painful place to be for multiple years. But some exposure can be justified for investors with some patience. We have seen recently how fast these markets can move under the right conditions. We would suggest VEE as an ETF for general regional exposure. One year return is now 24.14%.
