Q: I have a good mix of stocks and ETFs and cash and I want to keep a good portion of my portfolio low maintenance. What do you suggest as a good ETF to set and forget in which I can put some funds into when I'm trimming my winners.

Much depends on whether an investor wants to move to cash upon selling or stay in the market in some way. PSA, CASH or HSAV can be good 'parking' spaces for cash. VBAL is a mix of bonds and stocks and could be good for maintaining some market exposure.
