We think this is a bit of a risky move as ATD has been a long term compounder which we continue to view favourably. The company's 7-Eleven acquisition will dictate near-term performance but we still think it is a high quality name either way. We like ATS' business but it has had some fundamental issues over the last year and it has trended down. We would rather hold ATD here.
