Q: What do you think of their acquisition announcement today?

Micron Industries is a manufacturer of control transformers and other electrical products, in business for 53 years. It is a nice roll-up for HPS.A, but at $23M in revenue and at $16M transaction value, it is not hugely significant for a $1.7B company. Not many details were released but it looks fine to us from what information is available.
