Q: Hello Peter,
The utilities sector is moving up (assuming due to lower rates), but BEP.UN does not seem to get back to its old high; it seems to be range bound. Any idea why this is the case?

Nothing we can really pin down here. The other Brookfield entities have done fine recently. BEPC is performing better than BEP.UN so some $$ may be flowing to the corporation here rather than the limited partnership.
