Yes, thank you, these both appear to be tuck-in acquisitions for TOI, with TSS being a subsidiary. Similar to parent company CSU, TOI is normally pretty vague in quarterly reporting and it is unlikely that there will be much talked about regarding the terms of these acqusitions individually. It is good to see TOI being active on the acquisition front. Companies are supposed to announce any 'material' news. Since neither deal was press released by TOI, we can only assume they are not material transactions to the company.
