Q: TOI was spun out of CSU around 4 years ago, with the goal of having a smaller and faster growing company. Since the spinoff, both companies have done very well, yet CSU has outperformed. Do you think that the spinoff thesis is still intact? Or is it too early to make this call?

It is probably a bit early, but we are sure CSU is happy with the results so far. Both subsidiaries have seen good market acceptance and investors are also happy. As far as we know, there have been no issues, such as CSU wanting an acquisition that one of the subsidiaries also wants. CSU has likely thought of doing a spin out of another division in due course as well.
