In our recent report update on DOO, we downgraded the name by one notch to a 'B', as it revised its full-year guidance downward, the path to recovery is highly uncertain, and it is operating in a challenging industry environment. It has operated in these environments before and come through stronger due to managements execution, but we do not like its recent momentum and earnings revisions, and so far the $75 level has held as support, but if it breaks below that we would look to assess at that point where a good entry point might be.
