This was announced last week, and the sale program is automatic, starting September 17 and ending no later than year end 2025. While never 'great' to see such selling by an insider, considering his sizeable position and the stock's long term gains, we can live with it. He only takes $1 in cash compensation from the company so does need to sell shares for cash when needed.
