We understand their frustration. But they do only own 1.3% and that is not really enough to exert a lot of influence. It has underperformed, and has too much cash, but selling the company at current levels is not a great option, in our view. A new CEO may be able to improve growth. We view it as simply a frustrated holder making their frustrations public.
