CIX is conducting a NCIB at a price of $17.50. Should this be seen as a good sign that CIX will actually go beyond $17.50 within a year and that I should not tender?
I got in ENGH at around $31. I am itching to bail. Is staying put for a few more quarters a better plan?

Please see this answer on CIX. ENGH is 'boring' but boring does not always equal 'bad'. We would be OK holding a while longer.
