We think that given the macro backdrop of declining interest rates in the near term, the prospect of a recovery for REITs is very likely. We think investors can earn decent returns from the current levels as valuations for real estate assets in the public market recover. We like names such as DIR.UN, CAR.UN, SVI (not a REIT, but a real estate play).
