Q: Hi 5i I am looking for stocks that pay a dividend 4-7% and pay their dividend in Feb/May/Aug and Nov. Please do not include anything in the financial, utility or communication sector.

It is a fairly difficult request. WCP pays monthly. BIR though it occasionally pays in January not February but matches other months. TPZ is close (it often pays late October not November). RSI meets all criteria. NTR as well. There are several other monthly pays which we did not include here.
