According to the most recent 13F public filing of Soleus Capital, as of June 30, 2024, Soleus Capital still owned 4,801,376 shares or 10.4% of TH’s total share outstanding which did not change since TH filed its annual report on Feb 15, 2024. Soleus Capital needs to file the form 13D if this position changes.
