Q: It’s been quite a while since you’ve commented on NG Energy, could you please comment on management, insider ownership and balance sheet progression if any since you’ve last commented. What would it take to move this flatlined stock up? Thank you.

5i Research Answer:

GASX is up 56% in the past year; Revenue is only really starting to ramp up this year, going from just $10M last year to $58M, to $112M expected next year. IF this growth materializes, we would expect more investor interest. Debt has improved from about $80M last year to $50M (net) now. It has been losing money but a profit is expected in 2025. We would consider management quite decent, Insiders own 16%. Lutry Investments owns 19%. The CEO alone owns 14%. While risky, we would consider it an interesting small cap sector stock, certainly.
