TRP is spinning-off the company’s Liquid Pipelines Business under the name South Bow. We have discussed the spin-off in detail here. We think spinoffs can generally be a good thing for unlocking vlaue for investors. South bow will have more of a growth tilt while TC Energy will be the more conservative investment.
