These types of suits are extremely common anytime a stock declines. They are nearly impossible to prove, and 95% of them result in nothing. On a few occasions a company will pay a small sum to see them go away. But we have never in our career seen a 'material' amount paid. We would not consider it relevant in making any investment decisions about CAE.
