DRM reported comprehensive income of $63.1M in the quarter, compared with a loss of $68.8M in the same period last year. It did not break out per-share income. Cash flow was 55c per share vs 12c last year. Revenue was $178.3M vs $74.4M. TD raised its target from $30 to $33. Leases and significant land sales contributed to the much stronger results. The stock is very cheap on all metrics and these results were solid.
