EPS of $1.35 beat estimates of 76c; Revenue was $23.05B. Distributable cash was 34c per share, slightly less than 35c estimated. Assets rose to $1T.  Revenue fell 7% but profit rose year over year. $68B in capital was raised in the quarter and credit is showing very good business momentum. BN expects lots of deal flow in the next 12 months as rates decline. It also expects several monetization events. BN has $107B in 'dry powder' available for deals. Things continue to look solid overall.
