Q: Any reason for TOU's downward slide. Q2 seemed decent .

The main reason appears to be that on Aug 1 TOU announced it would be deferring some drilling wells to the 4Q from the 3Q because of low natural gas prices. This will shift cash flow from any successful wells into a latter quarter.
