Q: Hi Peter: Following up with question/response re RHT earlier today. After talking to 3 different TD reps, I was told that I cannot sell RHT or RHQTF because I am Canadian and the shares that are being traded OTC are being bought & sold by Americans only. If you think this wrong, I'd like to know.

For some brokers there may be a problem. Shares in a registered account can only be held in that account if the shares trade on a designated exchange, and OTC is not one. However, we have never heard of a restriction such as this to 'Americans only'. RHT is in fact a Canadian company, also.
