It is interesting, but we would not call it hugely significant. It is essentially a re-branding of 30 companies within CSU's Volaris Group. It may be a precursor for another CSU spin out, but considering it was only launched last week this would be a long ways away. It will also a bit of a marketing differentation vs other CSU companies, and could attract more companies interested in selling their software businesses to a CSU-division.
