LB was up for sale in 2022 and in 2023 announced it had found no acceptable buyers. We would not really expect TD to be interested. LB has struggled, and remains cheap at 7X earnings. In a deal it might be worth as much as $40, but considering it was up for sale and regulatory issues, we would not 'bet' on a takeover here.
