Q: Is Payfare a great buy at this stage given all the auditing worry is behind and no issues were found? SP is barely above its halt mid day Friday. I would have thought this would atleast trade up near 7+. Thanks

We think it is a decent speculative buy noting the small cap risks. If there were no audit issues we think it could be trading in the $7+ territory right now given the continued strong momentum displayed last quarter. Current entry point at 8.6x forward earnings seems quite attractive to us.
