Q: PBL has lost its momentum again. I am down 13% after holding less than a week. Other than this puppy is a 3 to 5 year hold, any thoughts as to what is going on here? Thank you

Timing is rarely perfect on stocks, and small caps continue to struggle this year. There has been no company news on PBL in nearly a month, however. Strong earnings growth is still very much expected in the next two years.
