PRL appears to be breaking out recently. If looking to add to a position here is now the time? Also, would you advise selling Ats and switching into PRL with the funds? Ats has been a drag for a long time now in my portfolio .

With PRL trading at 10.8X forward earnings, and expecting double-digit growth on both top and bottom-line results, we would be comfortable accumulating PRL here.
We like ATS for a long-term hold, but it has shown some medium-term weakness. If one is looking to switch, for a higher-growth play, with stronger momentum, we would be comfortable switching ATS for PRL, while acknowledging it is a much smaller name, operates in a different industry, and has a shorter publicly-traded history.
