Q: I'm looking to set up an annuity type of investment for my retirement using XUS or an equal weight CDN Hedged EFT that tracks the S&P 500. Can you provide some options and their historical annual dividend payments.

There is also the ZSP ETF which has a higher AUM than XUS. For an equal-weight Canadian S&P 500 ETF, there is the EQL.F ETF. 

EQL.F pays about $0.106 in quarterly distributions right now, for a yield of 1.5%.  

ZSP pays a $0.22 quarterly distribution for a yield of 1.4%.
