I see TOU has announced the regular divident payable 6/28. I understnad they intend to pay "special" dividends based on results as the FY carries on.(and as they have done in the recent past) What is the timing for these, and when/how do they declare them?

TOU declares specials via a press release, often in connection with quarterly releases or other news. There is some consistency in timing but it is not concrete. The last six specials were declared in Jan 2023, May 2023, August 2023, October 2023, March 2024, May 2024.
