With its small size, recent share consolidation (1 for 8), 88% loss over one year and big debt, high losses and highly negative cash flow, we are not close yet to recommending this one. It has had a good couple of weeks. The only real news was that an investor lawsuit (alleging fraud at the company) was tossed out (June 11). Yesterday FN Media Group published an article highlighting expected growth in the metals recycling market, and LICY was mentioned in the article.
