5i Research Answer:

VEQTF is the exact same ETF as VEQT, only it trades OTC in US dollars and the listing is unsponsored. It is currently 45% US, 29% Canada, Japan 4.4% and the balance spread across other regions. We had a hard time finding something similar. One option is XAW, which has a higher US weighting and no Canada, but Canada exposure may be present already and/or could be added easily with another ETF.
