Under the strategic alliance, the two companies will adapt hydrogen-powered fuel cells to supply backup electric power for data centers and other critical infrastructures. The companies are scheduled to demonstrate the stand-by power systems at industry conferences in Munich. While the jump in share price for both copmpanies is speculative, the partnership is very interesting as it further plays into the increased data center demand trends. We view it positively for both companies but want to emphasize that this is purely speculative.
