This data comes from a third party service. The U references 'uncertain' as TMUS only began paying a dividend in November of last year. Once it has a full year+ of dividends, this will likely be adjusted. We do like TMUS much better than T overall, but it is more-growth focused and should be considered a bit riskier (even though it is larger).
