Q: I believe the sale of NVEI has gone through. Is that correct? Should I just sell my existing stocks now or wait til the sale goes through. Do you know when that would be? - thanks.

The shareholder vote is not until June 18. There are still conditions to closing, and we would not expect closing until near year end, or even into 2025. The here is still 6% to be gained by holding to close. But we would be still fine selling for other opportunities, as needed.
