The stock remains cheap and we would be comfortable buying now that there is clarity. Prepare for some extra expenses in the next quarter, but investors we think will largely ignore these as being one-time items. Liquidity is fine on both markets. It pays dividends in US dollars so a US account/trade is likely preferable.
