Q: would you have any idea what is going on with this company,I cannot find any bad news but it is down a whole bunch today.It seems to go down when the market is up and up ( a little ) when the market is down

KXS had no news yesteray, but many software stocks were weak yesterday with poor guidance from some large enterprise software companies. KXS is down 3% YTD. Earnings prospects are good, and it has lots of cash, but we admit it is somewhat of a frustrating name. But we think it is find to own for earnings growth expected.
