5i Research Answer:

Sensor technology can revolutionize various sectors, being at the backbone of IoT by gathering and analyzing data, and its many applications in healthcare, automotive, industrial automation, environmental monitoring, etc. Some other names we like include ADI and TEL.

APH is an $82B company that pays a small 0.65% yield, and has an amazing track record of returns, with a 10-year annualized return of 20%. It is not cheap at 39X forward earnings, but its fundamental metrics have been consistent, and it has strong operating leverage and a good buyback program in place. We feel this is a good contender among some of our favourites - it is operationally efficient, generates good free cash flow, has shown consistency in earnings and growth. It is not cheap, but the good ones rarely are. We would be comfortable buying here.
