It's current P/B, P/S, and P/C metrics look fairly reasonable compared to the past 10 years, would you agree?
Are you able to please give your opinion on the company management, current margins and debt for this company?
Its P/S, P/B, and P/FCF are all below its 10-year historical average. While on an absolute basis, they can be considered fairly high, relative to its past, it is trading at a discount.
The Founder and Chairman, Jay Hennick, is the Chariman and CEO of Colliers International Group, and was the CEO of FSV from 1988 to 2015. The current CEO of FSV is Scott Patterson, who was previously an investment banker at Bankers Trust before joining FSV. Its profit margins have largely been stable over the years, although they have seen a slight decline in the past few years. FSV has a 1.05 debt/equity ratio and a 2.9X net debt/EBITDA ratio. We would consider its current debt manageable, but creeping higher.
