OTEX has certainly been a frustrating stock. The others do look better, and can certainly be considered 'more reliable'. OTEX's main attraction right now is its valuation. It is perhaps one of the cheapest tech stocks around. But we would still rank it last here: MSFT, GIB.A, OTEX
