Q: Hello 5i,
When I look at a chart of WELL, I see that its momentum is not horrible but not good either. When I read 5i's responses to members, I see that his opinion is rather favorable about this company. My question is: If 5i had never had a position in WELL, would he consider initiating one now or would he wait until the momentum has improved?

We think the company is attractively-priced and well-managed. We would be comfortable buying, but would likely start with a half position and increase as it executes on growth. We would consider it a five year position.
