A block of 13.95M changed hands yesterday at 87c and another of 3.05M at the same price an hour later. There is no news and no disclosures from insiders. Only Howard Wilks owns that much stock, so we will look for a regulatory filing over the next few days. If not him, the amounts traded are not enough to need to trigger any public disclosure.
