Q: You last commented on the TRP spin off of South Bow in January, any additional comments as we are getting closer to the vote?

The vote is June 4; We don't have much to add. There is competition, and some objections, but at the end of the day we think it is the right move for the company to create shareholder value, and that is what we focus on. Arguments can be made on both sides, but if future (combined) share value is the goal we think shareholders should vote yes.
