Q: Looking for a proxy replacement for TD. The near to mid-term prospects for the bank appear uncertain at best and perhaps subject to substantial fines and/or restrictions to future M&A etc. at worst. What comparable financial institution would you suggest as an substitute. Many thanks, Rockdoc
