Revenue rose 23% to $2.4B from $1.9B in the prior period. Net profit was $74M, up from a loss of $83M. The company does not report adjusted earnings. Acquisitions as usual were the driver, but organic growth was still decent, at 4% (3% currency adjusted). Revenue was inline with estimates. EBITDA of $597M was 1% better than estimates. Acquisitions totalled $223M not including deferred payments. Cash flow was $737M, up 16%. We are comfortable with these numbers.
