5i Research Answer:
EPS of 16c beat estimates of 15.4c. Revenue of $602.5M was short of estimates of $649.8M. EBITDA of $44.78M missed estimates by 1.9%. Revenue fell 1.1% year over year. EBITDA declined 0.1%. Debt declined about $45M from year end. We would consider the results OK, considering the huge drop in lumber prices over the period. This year a small dip in EPS is expeced, with 16% growth forecast for 2025. At 10X earnings with a 7% dividend, the stock is well-priced, but highly cyclical.
