Q: I have a sizeable position in one and would like to exchange it for the other (this is a margin acct).

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

They are separate legal entities, so the only way to do so is through a BUY/SELL where ownership changes hands. Both are liquid so we would not expect issues, and most brokers would have very low commissions on such trades.
