Your thoughts on earnings for these two please. Hold em?
PNE cash flow was $10.5M or 3c per share, down from $19.8M or 6c in the prior period. Production was 23,865 b/d, up from 20,076. EPS was abov estimates. The confernce call is next week, and the press release was very light on details, so we do not have a lot to work with here. PNE has increased its natural gas hedging program. The stock has been weak but we would not consider these results bad. We would view it as a HOLD for sector exposure. DPM EPS was 23c vs estimates of 20c. Revenue was $123.8M vs estimates $132M. EBITDA of $65.9M was 8% better than expected. Revenue fell 21%. Gold production was 62,727, down 8.5%. Production guidance was maintained. The stock is very cheap at 8X earnings, and we think looks good for sector exposure today.
