Are there any other ETF 's similar to HSAV in CAD or US that do not distribute dividends and instead add the dividends to the value of the units?

There are currently no other high-interest savings ETFs like HSAV that do not distribute the interest received, but instead reinvest it back into the NAV, however, Horizons has a similar product, but denominated in US dollars, HSUV.U.
