HPS.A now trades at 18X forward earnings, and margins are declining slightly, but much of this can be explained by stock-based expenses. We continue to like the name, but the breakdown in price will likely warrant some weeks of consolidation as investors take profits or reaccumulate.

We would be comfortable slowly adding at current prices slightly above $100, and continuing to reassess as price action takes place.
