Q: It is good to see WELL make an acquisition. How significant is this deal ?

It is a nice tuck in deal but not huge. The acquisition adds 10 clinics and 35 doctors, but only adds about $8M in revenue. Total revenue this year is expected to be close to $1B, so financially it is not really that material.
