Q: there are questions about if this new company will still trade on the TSX?can you clarify.
Also does this not need a vote from shareholders as well?
KRR shares got really dumped here.

Yes; a shareholder vote is required here. Shares of the merged company will apply for listing on the TSX and this is most likely guaranteed (though the TSX does need to approve).
